The driveway had become rough and uncomfortable to drive on. At the front entrance, the walkway had dropped significantly away from the steps, creating an uneven transition and a potential trip hazard for family and guests.

Because the concrete itself remained in good condition, replacing the driveway and walkway would have meant unnecessary demolition, higher costs, and days of disruption. The homeowners needed a repair that could restore the existing slabs instead of starting over.

Our Solution

Canadian Concrete Leveling provided a cleaner, faster alternative using our professional polyurethane concrete lifting and stabilization process. Instead of removing the existing concrete, Trevor and Tejas strategically injected high-density expanding polyurethane beneath the sunken slabs.

As the material expanded, it filled voids beneath the driveway and walkway, stabilized the soil support, and carefully lifted the concrete back toward its original position. The process restored proper elevation while minimizing mess, noise, and disruption around the property.

The Result

The result was a safer, smoother, and more visually appealing driveway and walkway. Uneven transitions were corrected, the front entrance was brought back into alignment with the steps, and the homeowners could use their restored concrete surfaces again in just a few hours — without the mess and expense of complete replacement.
