Stamped Concrete Leveling in Mississauga, ON: A Total Property Reset
When a Mississauga homeowner looked out at their property, they were met with a frustrating series of uneven surfaces. Over time, the ground beneath their beautiful stamped concrete had washed away, causing the slabs to settle. The driveway had dropped, creating a harsh bump for vehicles, while the side walkway had pulled down and away from the side door threshold, leaving an awkward drop. Out back, the spacious backyard patio was unlevel, taking away from their outdoor living space. Tearing out and replacing yards of decorative concrete would have been a costly, multi-day nightmare. Instead, our team resolved it in a single afternoon. Our crew injected a high-density polyurethane stabilizing material directly beneath the heavy stamped concrete slabs. As the material expanded, it filled accessible voids beneath the concrete and gently lifted the affected sections back toward their original position. By the time we packed up, the transformation was complete. The backyard patio was leveled and ready for outdoor gatherings, the driveway offered a smoother transition for vehicles, and the side walkway cleanly met the door threshold once again. By choosing to lift and stabilize the existing concrete, this homeowner saved their gorgeous stamped concrete, avoided a messy construction zone, and got their entire property back in a matter of hours. Exposed Aggregate Walkway Repair in Maple, ON: A Seamless Repair
When you invest in custom decorative concrete, seeing it sink away from your border trim and entryway is frustrating. That’s exactly what happened at this Maple property—settling soil created an awkward step-down along the dark stone border, turning a beautiful entrance into a trip hazard and leaving open gaps for rain to seep underneath. Instead of living with the drop-off or facing a costly replace-and-repave project, the homeowner called in Canadian Concrete Leveling. We raised the heavy exposed aggregate slabs with precise polyurethane injection, helping restore the walkway’s elevation and improve the transition along the entryway. Once the concrete was lifted, we addressed the open gaps and joints with our Premium Crack and Joint Sealant to help limit moisture from getting beneath the walkway. The result was a cleaner, smoother entrance that brought the decorative concrete back toward its original position without the need to replace the existing walkway.
Lifting a 5.5-Inch Concrete Floor Drop in Lindsay, ON
In a busy laundry facility in Lindsay, Ontario, the concrete floor beneath a row of heavy commercial washers and dryers had slowly begun to sink. Eventually, the settlement reached a staggering 5.5 inches, leaving large gaps along the walls, damaging the tiled surface, and creating an uneven base beneath the equipment. The movement was linked to changes in the soil beneath the floor, including moisture-related soil shrinkage and the constant weight and vibration associated with heavy commercial laundry equipment. With the floor continuing to settle, the facility needed a way to address the problem without tearing out the entire floor and bringing operations to a halt. That’s where Canadian Concrete Leveling came in. Rather than removing the existing tiled floor, our team used polyurethane injection to address the settlement from beneath the slab. Small, precise access holes were drilled through the existing floor, allowing our technicians to inject high-density polyurethane into the accessible voids beneath the concrete. As the polyurethane expanded, it filled the spaces beneath the slab and provided support that allowed the sunken concrete floor to be carefully lifted. The floor was raised nearly 5.5 inches, bringing it back toward the surrounding walls and significantly improving the level beneath the heavy laundry equipment. Once the lift was complete, the injection points were grouted and the work area was cleaned, leaving the existing tiled surface in place. What began as a dramatic commercial concrete settlement problem was resolved without the extensive demolition and replacement that a traditional approach could have required. The laundry facility was left with a significantly more level and supported floor, helping the space get back to the business of keeping things clean—without turning the whole laundry room upside down. Pool Deck Leveling in Markham, ON: Bringing Stability Back to the Poolside
There’s nothing quite like stepping outside on a warm summer day and heading straight for the pool. But for these Markham homeowners, enjoying their backyard had become a little less carefree. Several sections of their concrete pool deck had settled over time, leaving uneven edges and noticeable trip hazards around the water. In a space where family and guests regularly walk barefoot, those uneven sections were more than just an eyesore—they were getting in the way of enjoying the pool with confidence. There was also a problem beneath the surface. Voids had formed underneath portions of the pool deck, leaving gaps beneath the concrete and creating the potential for further movement. That’s when the homeowners called us for help with their settled pool deck. Our team assessed the affected areas and developed a plan for pool deck leveling without the need to remove and replace the existing concrete. Using polyurethane injection, we worked beneath the settled slabs, filling the accessible voids and carefully raising the concrete to improve the uneven transitions around the pool. We completed the void-filling work throughout the areas outlined in the project scope, addressing the gaps beneath the deck while restoring support beneath the affected sections. Once the concrete lifting was complete, we patched the small injection points and sealed the pool deck joints with our Premium Crack and Joint Sealant. The sealant helps limit moisture from getting through the joints and beneath the concrete, where water can contribute to soil erosion and future settlement. After a thorough cleanup, the job was complete. The difference was easy to see—and even easier to feel underfoot. The uneven sections had been addressed, the troublesome trip points were reduced, and the poolside looked refreshed and ready for the season. For these Markham homeowners, pool deck leveling meant getting back to what their backyard was really meant for: relaxing by the water, enjoying time with family and friends, and taking those carefree barefoot steps around the pool.
Precision Pool Deck Concrete Leveling in Stoney Creek, ON
A homeowner in Stoney Creek, Ontario, began noticing a problem around their in-ground swimming pool. Sections of the concrete pool deck had gradually settled, leaving uneven edges and noticeable changes in height around the pool perimeter. What had once been a smooth, comfortable space for enjoying the backyard had become a potential trip hazard for family and guests. The homeowner also noticed cracking along some of the concrete slabs. Years of soil movement, settling, and erosion beneath the concrete had created voids underneath the pool deck, allowing sections to sink further. Rather than removing and replacing the existing concrete, the homeowner contacted Canadian Concrete Leveling to explore a less invasive option for leveling the sunken pool deck. When our team arrived, we inspected the affected areas to determine where the concrete had settled and where support was needed underneath the slabs. Our technicians then used high-density polyurethane material to lift and stabilize the sunken concrete. The process required only small, strategically placed injection holes in the existing concrete. Through these penny-sized openings, the polyurethane material was injected beneath the slabs, where it expanded to fill the voids created by soil erosion and washout. As the material filled these spaces, it provided support beneath the concrete and carefully raised the settled sections toward their original position. The goal was simple: restore more consistent, level transitions around the pool without the disruption of a complete concrete tear-out. Once the pool deck concrete leveling was complete, the injection holes were patched, leaving the existing concrete in place and the walkway around the pool looking clean and uniform. With the uneven sections addressed, the homeowner can once again enjoy their pool deck without the raised edges and sudden transitions that had developed over time. The existing concrete was able to remain in place, avoiding the disruption of a full tear-out and replacement.
Commercial Concrete Leveling in Ajax, Ontario
At a commercial property in Ajax, Ontario, settled concrete walkways and exterior slabs near the building entrance and parking area had created noticeable uneven ledges and potential trip hazards for visitors and staff. Over time, soil settlement beneath the concrete caused several sections to drop below the surrounding curb lines and adjoining surfaces, creating uneven transitions along high-traffic pedestrian areas and affecting the overall accessibility of the property. To address the problem without disrupting daily operations or requiring an expensive concrete tear-out and replacement, our team completed a commercial concrete leveling and lifting repair. Using high-density polyurethane injection, we carefully lifted the settled concrete slabs and filled the voids beneath the affected areas, helping restore the concrete toward its original position and creating smoother transitions between the walkways, entrance approaches, and curb edges. This concrete lifting process provided a practical alternative to replacing the existing slabs while minimizing disruption to the property. By stabilizing the settled concrete and improving the uneven surfaces, the repair helped address the trip hazards and restore a cleaner, more accessible path for visitors and staff. The completed commercial concrete leveling project in Ajax gave the property manager a durable repair while preserving the existing concrete. Instead of removing and replacing the affected walkways, polyurethane concrete lifting allowed the settled areas to be repaired efficiently and with significantly less disruption to the surrounding property.
The Toronto Driveway Tightrope: Protecting Aggregate Concrete with Professional Crack Sealing
Pulling up to your home should feel welcoming, but a cracked driveway can quickly take away from the appearance of your property. This residential home in Toronto, Ontario had a beautiful aggregate concrete driveway with deep cracks running along the stone wall and garage area. These cracks were more than just a cosmetic concern. Open cracks allow water, dirt, and debris to enter beneath the concrete surface, potentially leading to soil erosion, settlement, and further damage over time. To address the issue before it became a larger repair, the homeowner contacted Canadian Concrete Leveling for a professional driveway crack sealing solution. Our team carefully routed and cleaned the cracks, removing trapped debris and preparing the surface for proper adhesion. A premium flexible joint and crack sealant was then applied to create a durable barrier designed to help keep moisture out while allowing for natural concrete movement through seasonal changes. Completed in just a few hours, this driveway now has improved protection against weather exposure and future deterioration while maintaining the appearance of the existing aggregate concrete surface.
Restoring a Sunken Driveway & Walkway in Burlington, Ontario
You don’t always notice how much you appreciate a smooth, level walkway — until you’re walking up one that isn’t. For this Burlington, Ontario home, the path to the front door had slowly become more frustrating over time. As the soil beneath the concrete shifted and settled, the driveway and curved front walkway began sinking at different rates, creating an uneven transition right where family and guests walked every day. The homeowners wanted to restore the safety and appearance of their entrance, but they didn’t want the disruption of tearing out perfectly usable concrete, damaging their landscaping, and starting from scratch. That’s where Canadian Concrete Leveling came in. Using our polyurethane concrete lifting process, our team injected high-density expanding polymer beneath the sunken slabs. The material filled the empty spaces beneath the concrete, stabilized the base, and gently lifted the driveway and walkway back into proper alignment. The result was a smooth, safer entrance with the trip hazards removed and the walkway restored — all completed in just a few hours without the mess and downtime of a full concrete replacement.
There Goes My Porch
Stepping into your home shouldn't be an issue. Porches are meant to hold you, not sink on you. In this case, a home in Windsor, Ontario, had a sinking porch which caused the steps leading into the home to elongate which created tripping hazards for the owners and their guests. Not only was the porch sinking, but the concrete driveway developed a huge. The crack was a big concern since it invites water damage and eventually makes the slab sink forming trip hazards.      The homeowners did not want to replace the concrete since it was in good condition. They rather lift and seal it to save the extra bucks. Canadian Concrete Leveling was about to do exactly that! After the initial call from the homeowners, our Project Manager, Andy Moncrieff, inspect the home and the situation at hand. The owners were happy to trust Andy since he had years of experience with our products and was able to provide an honest opinion. After Andy examined the area and provided solutions, the installation team was scheduled for production. Kyle McKeown and Russell VanderMeulen arrived to get the work done. The porch needed polyurethane injections, which lifts the concrete while permanently filling in the voids underneath. This process usually takes under half an hour to set up and finish. Their next target point was the large crack in the driveway. It needed a sealant that does not dry out, crack, react poorly to chemicals, and is waterproof. Thankfully we have a sealant that can do exactly that- our premium joint sealant!    With the process only taking a couple of hours, the owners were impressed with the communication from start to finish, the results, and the cleanup. They recommended us to neighbours in their community which everyone at CCL appreciates.
Watch Your Step!💦
This home in Windsor, Ontario, had some troublesome basement steps. The homeowners reported that the back patio slabs had fallen against the foundation causing water to leak into the basement and turning the stairs into a tripping hazard. On numerous occasions the owner and family members had tripped, even fell, on the steps. With the amount of entertaining they do, this problem needed to be fixed as soon as possible.    With the help of our Project Manager, Andy Moncrieff suggest that polyurethane injections would lift the staircase to their original, level position, and stop water going into the foundation. Installation Specialists Billy and Aidan McKeown did the installation on a later day. With the process taking under fifteen minutes and the curing process to take just under an hour, this staircase was looking great again. The tripping hazards were non-existent, and the basement was dry as dry can be.
A Crooked Castle
Basement floors are unfortunately prone to shifting over time and becoming off level. Frost Heave is a common culprit that causes this. Frost Heave is where moisture makes its way into the soil around a foundation. Those moisture pockets freeze and move when subzero temperatures occur, causing large cracks and potentially shifting concrete in your basement. Not only is an off-level basement floor embarrassing, but it is also unsafe for anyone walking on it. Canadian Concrete Leveling has a unique polyurethane injection system that is commonly used for this issue. After Andy, the Project Manager developed a game plan; the installation team began the simple process of applying the polyurethane injection technology. After dime-sized holes are drilled into the concrete, the polyurethane material is pressurized and sprayed through the concrete, following the path of least resistance. The result is a perfectly level basement floor. Free of embarrassment, tripping hazards and prepped to be renovated into a dream basement.

Using our specialized polyurethane injection process, we lifted and leveled the sunken sections from underneath—no demolition, no mess.     In just a short time, the floor was smooth, safe, and fully restored. A quick, clean solution that protected both the home and the wallet.

The community centre noticed that the walkway slabs are in good condition and don't need replacing, rather they need to be levelled. The community centre found Canadian Concrete Leveling to fix the hazard and complete it within the same day.    Our Project Manager, Andy Moncreiff, assessed the situation and told the centre that the slabs will be lifted using our high-density polyurethane and will take under fifteen minutes to complete so it won't interrupt the foot traffic. Stepping Safely Again: Restoring a London Walkway Without a Messy Replacement
In London, Ontario, one homeowner was facing a frustrating problem: their main entrance walkway had settled unevenly, creating a real trip hazard. After assessing the walkway and providing a clear, honest quote, we got to work. Using our high-density polyurethane injection system, we carefully filled the voids beneath the slabs, lifting the walkway back to a safe, level height.   But we didn’t stop there. What was once a safety concern became a welcoming, safe entry for the homeowners—proof that restoring concrete doesn’t always mean tearing it out.
Inaccesible Garage
In Wellesley, Ontario, this home had a garage and side entrance sink alarmingly. Trip Hazards Removed with polyurethane injection in Hanover, ON
These homeowners had very dangerous trip hazards around their home and were concerned about the safety of their family and friends.  Their stairs had sunk and there was a gap between the concrete slabs right in front of their home which was a major concern. They made the right decision to remove these hazards and called Canadian Concrete Leveling for the job.   Project Manager, Paul Mendell, inspected the home and established that polyurethane injection would be needed to lift and level the concrete in order to get rid of the trip hazards. Once the plan was in place, Installation Foreman, Bill McKeown, and his production team went to the home to execute the job. They injected polyurethane underneath the stairs and concrete slabs in order to lift and level them.  When the work was completed and all hazards were removed, the homeowners were relieved to have a safe place for their family and friends.
Let me in the Garage!
Garages are meant to be easy to drive in and out of them. Unfortunately, this home in Waterloo, Ontario, gave the homeowners a run for their money! The garage threshold had a lip since the driveway had started sinking. The lip creates three problems: a tripping hazard when walking in and out, trouble driving in, and pooling/ice forming depending on the weather. The homeowners wanted to fix this problem without pouring more material, compromising the look of the driveway, and they wanted to save the most money possible. They did some research and noticed that they could contact Canadian Concrete Leveling and fix their concrete without compromising the existing driveway.    After the homeowners scheduled an appointment for one of our Project Managers, Andy Moncrieff provided a thorough and honest quote. Our installation team was able to start on the job on a later day. Our installation team, Kyle McKeown and JP Basto, arrived on the scene to lift this driveway back to normal. They use our highly dense polyurethane, which we refer to as our polyurethane injection system, to permanently raise the concrete as quickly and effectively as possible. Depending on the job, it can take five minutes to one hour to complete. Thankfully the job was minuscule and took about 15 minutes to set up, do the work and clean up. The invasion of the driveway is at an all-time low since the injection holes are about the size of a dime. The homeowners were very impressed that they could use the driveway immediately since the curing time is minimal, and the hazards are gone for good! No worries anymore about getting in the garage!
