Is your concrete crack sealing cost-effective?

Yes. Our premium joint sealant is cost-effective because it offers a long-lasting solution, unlike the urethane-based products available at big-box DIY stores that must be replaced regularly. And your concrete will never cost less to repair than it does right now.

Can’t I just seal the cracks myself with store-bought caulk?

You can, but it may not last. Urethane caulk from a big-box store is prone to cracking, bubbling and drying out, so you’ll need to monitor and re-seal your cracks regularly — especially since the conditions that caused the cracking will likely happen again. Our premium joint sealant lasts far longer and stands up to the elements.

Will the sealant degrade over time?

No. Because it is silicone-based rather than urethane-based, our premium joint sealant won’t degrade over time, even when exposed to UV radiation and extreme temperatures. That keeps it flexible and waterproof for years.

Can the sealant be used on concrete that has been lifted?

Yes. In fact, we recommend that customers who have had concrete raised with our polyurethane injection system seal the cracks and joints of their newly lifted concrete with our premium joint sealant, as it helps protect the concrete for many years to come.

What makes your joint sealant different?

It’s a construction-grade, silicone-based sealant formulated for long-lasting flexibility, durability and protection. Unlike traditional urethane sealants, it resists UV rays and won’t crack, bubble or dry out — and it’s installed by trained crews who specialize in concrete repair, so you get a clean, reliable result.

I want to seal my concrete joints and cracks. What’s the next step?

Call or click for an appointment. One of our specialists will come to your property, inspect your concrete, and explain what caused the cracking, how it can be fixed, and exactly what it will cost.
